What our verification actually checks — and what it doesn’t

A “Verified” badge should mean something specific. Here is exactly what we check before a worker can take jobs, and how that information is protected.

Letting a stranger into your home takes trust. Our job is to make that trust well-founded — and to be honest about where verification ends and your own judgement begins.

The four checks behind the badge

  • Identity: CNIC details and photo are matched to the person registering.
  • Phone number: confirmed by a one-time code, so clients reach the real person.
  • Skill review: trade experience is reviewed, and training badges are added once a course is completed.
  • Conduct: ratings and reports from every job feed back into the profile.

How your documents are protected

CNIC images are used only for verification, are never shown to clients, and are stored with restricted access. Clients see a name, photo, ratings and badges — not your documents or phone number. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

For workers: getting verified

You can register now with no documents. Verification opens in your city at launch, and registered workers are invited first.
