The agreement between KarobarLink and its users.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KarobarLink mobile application and web platform (the “Platform”), operated by KarobarLink (SMC-Private) Limited, a company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act 2017 (SECP Registration No. I124452). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Who Can Use KarobarLink
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate identity information, including a valid CNIC, for verification
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Pakistani law
- Companies registering on the Platform must be represented by an authorized individual
Account Roles

Verification
Access to certain features, in particular accepting or posting paid service jobs, requires identity verification. KarobarLink reserves the right to request additional documentation, reject an application, or suspend a verified status if information provided is found to be false, expired, or fraudulent.
Services and Service Requests
- KarobarLink is a marketplace and matching platform. We connect Service Providers with Households and Companies; we are not a party to the underlying service agreement between them and do not employ Service Providers directly
- Service Providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of KarobarLink
- A Household or Company posting a request is responsible for accurately describing the work and providing a safe environment for the Service Provider
- A Service Provider accepting a job is responsible for completing it to a professional standard consistent with any certification held
Payments and Escrow
- Payments for services booked through the Platform are processed through KarobarLink’s licensed third-party payment partner
- Funds paid by a Household/Company are held pending job completion and are released to the Service Provider upon confirmation of completion or resolution of any dispute
- KarobarLink may charge a service/platform fee, disclosed at the time of booking
- Refunds are handled per the dispute resolution process in Section 8
Ratings, Reviews, and Conduct
- Users may rate and review each other after a completed job; reviews must reflect a genuine transaction and may not contain abusive, defamatory, or false content
- KarobarLink may remove content that violates this standard and may suspend accounts with a pattern of policy violations
- Harassment, discrimination, fraud, or unsafe conduct toward another user or a member of the KarobarLink team is grounds for immediate suspension
Disputes and Cancellations
- If a Household/Company disputes the quality or completion of a job, they may raise it through the in-app dispute process before releasing payment
- KarobarLink’s Admin team reviews evidence (photos, messages, worklog) and issues a decision, which may include a partial or full refund, or release of payment to the Service Provider
- Cancellation policies (notice period, any cancellation fee) are shown at the time of booking
Certifications
Certifications issued through the KarobarLink Learning Management System reflect successful completion of the associated course and assessment. They are issued by KarobarLink and, where applicable, in partnership with named training institutes; they are not a government-issued trade license unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual Property
The KarobarLink name, logo, and Platform content are the property of KarobarLink (SMC-Private) Limited and are protected under Pakistani trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use KarobarLink’s branding without written permission.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. KarobarLink may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, provides false verification information, or engages in conduct that harms other users or the Platform’s integrity.
Limitation of Liability
KarobarLink facilitates connections between Service Providers and service seekers but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services delivered by independent Service Providers, beyond the verification and dispute-resolution processes described in these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted under Pakistani law, KarobarLink’s liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the platform fee paid on the transaction giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
Changes to These Terms
KarobarLink may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
