Ask a facility manager what takes up their week and the answer is rarely the big renovation. It is the flickering tube light on floor two, the AC dripping in the server room, and the shop shutter that sticks every Monday.

Setting up your sites

  1. Register as a business and add each office or branch as a site.
  2. Invite your team so branch managers can post jobs themselves.
  3. Set approval rules — for example, anything above PKR 5,000 needs your sign-off.
  4. Review the monthly report of jobs, spend and ratings per site.

We used to keep a notebook of plumbers for each branch. Now the branch posts the job and I just approve it.
